We are Chris and Cody. This is our page.

Chris is 6 and will be in second grade and Cody is 6 and will be in first grade. We like to swim and play at the beach and to play games on the computer.

Kinship Parenting

We like dogs and cats. My Grandpa has dogs and we like to play with them.

We like to cuddle up and read or watch television together. Chris likes Pokemon. Cody likes to ride his bike. We both love to swim. We went to Disneyland and loved it. We want to go again when we are taller so we can ride all the rides.

We live with our granny and our aunt because our Mommy and Daddy can't take care of us the way parents should. There are many children like us and when we live with other members of our family, it is called kinship parenting. We have lots of family, so we are lucky. Some children don't have families to live with. Other kids get taken away by strangers so we are learning how to be careful with strangers. And sometimes, when parents fight, one will take the kids away from the other and hide.

Here are some things to remember to keep you safe:

Never let anybody touch you without asking.
Never take anything to eat or drink from a stranger.
Never get in a car with a stranger.
Never go anywhere with a stranger.
If a stranger tries to touch you, yell real loud and run away as fast as you can.
