Bonnie Hamre's Books Backlist or No Longer in Print Books

Sometimes, even with the best of marketing plans and sales, publishing houses just don't succeed. Or, authors place their books, change their minds and can't find a new home. Whatever happens, sometimes old and well-loved books are "retired."

	I love this cover! Published initially by Dreams Unlimited and re-published by LTDBooks, sadly out of business, in both e and print form, Choices is one of my all time favorites. 	Also published initially by Dreams Unlimited, and re-published by LTDBooks, Storm was on the Top 10 list of bestselling novels of all genres and also #1 bestselling romance when introduced at Fictionwise.com.
	This was my first venture into time travel in historical fiction. Promises on the Wind was a joy to research and write and enjoyed some great reviews. Hard Shell Word Factory published this, and I withdrew it to publish it with a print publisher, who alas, couldn't manage it. So, this baby needs a new home. Any takers? There was! This book will be re-released from Cerridwen Press under a new title, Unspoken Promises. Look for more news as things progress.
	A Lifetime of Love was my first published book. Published by Kensington in 1994, this book, under another title, made the rounds until the To Love Again line began. I added 30,000 words, subplots, and gracefully aged my characters to fit the requirements, and hooray, made my first sale!

If you'd like to read one of these books, and I do encourage it, you might try a used bookstore.

Normally, I don't encourage used book sales, since authors receive no royalties or benefits from these sales. On the other hand, used book sales are a way of finding an author's backlist. It's also a way for a reader to test the waters before deciding to spend more money on a newer, more expensive book.
